Site scope and processing

vAIn Helsing is a publication. The site contains text articles and links. It does not use cookies, does not run analytics, does not host a contact form, does not run a newsletter, and does not host a comment system. There is no user registration and no login. Reading this site requires no input of personal data.

Hosting und Server-Logfiles / Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Clever Cloud SAS, Nantes, France, on infrastructure located in the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. As is standard for any web server, the hosting platform automatically processes access data (so-called server log files) when you call up the site. This typically includes IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, referrer and user agent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in delivering and securing the website). Log data is held per the hosting provider's retention rules and is not merged with other data sources by the site operator.

Fonts and assets / Schriftarten und Assets

All typefaces, stylesheets and other assets are served from this site's own origin. There is no third-party font CDN, no Google Fonts request, and no transmission of your IP address to external font providers when you load a page.
